TEACHER Interim Progress Report GRADE ENTRY IN TAC

1. Make sure that all grades entered for assessments are up to date and accurate.

            2. When you see the IPR link you will know it is “open and ready” for you to bring averages into the verification forms.  

            3. From the TAC Home Page click on the IPR link next to the course you wish to create IPR grades for.             

 

            4. Click Load From Gradebook ONCE and it will bring in the student’s rounded average in the column called “Marks”.             

     

                   

            5. Junior High and High School enter Conduct for each student in the column marked “CON”

         Elementary and Intermediate teachers do not have to enter conduct since it is listed as one of their classes.  

 

Click on the correct Code and click OK. Continue to do this for all students.

 

          6. Enter Comments for each student in the column marked CM1 and CM2. You can enter up to 2 comments per student.  

Click on the comment and click OK. These are configured for our district.

 

  7. Click SAVE, once all data has been entered and is ready to be sent to Pentamation for the printing of Progress Reports.

     

 

8. If changes need to be made in TAC and the Progress Report cutoff date has not been reached then you can come back to

this screen and make any necessary changes. Make sure you click SAVE so all changes are sent back to Pentamation.
